1. Pick a server

Start with the client version and server type you enjoy, then compare live players and status on the server list. The server profile shows the version, the website and whether the owner has verified the listing.

2. Download the client only from the server's website

Most servers ask you to use OTClient or their own client. Download it only from the official website linked on the server profile, never from a private message, a forum mirror or a video description. If your antivirus flags the file, do not run it.

3. Use a unique password

Create the account on the server's website with a password you do not use anywhere else, and never your Tibia, email or bank password. Server databases do leak, and reused passwords are the most common way accounts get stolen.

4. Be careful with donations

Donations are optional. Pay only through the server's own website, read what you get and the refund rules before paying, and remember that a server can close or reset at any time.

5. Report problems

If a server spreads malware, steals accounts or misleads players, warn the community and let us know. OTSLIST.NET labels who runs each server, and a person reviews every report.
